Mia Multiplayer Terms of Service
These Terms govern Mia Multiplayer ("Mia"), provided by Connect33 LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By affirmatively accepting these Terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Mia.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use Mia for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.
Keep account information accurate and protect your account and connected-service access. You are responsible for activity through your account; tell us promptly about suspected compromise.
2. What Mia provides
Mia offers AI chats, bots, automations, connected apps, and local workspace tools. Availability depends on your device, provider, connections, and service limits. Experimental features may change or fail.
Mia may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. When reasonably practical, we will provide notice of material changes that negatively affect your use.
3. Your content
You retain your rights in content, subject to others' rights. You give Connect33 LLC a limited license to process, store, transmit, and display it only to provide, secure, support, and maintain Mia, follow your instructions, and comply with law.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide content to Mia and to instruct Mia to access, use, share, or modify it.
4. AI providers and outputs
Choosing a cloud provider, including through Mia Router, directs Mia to send it prompts and relevant context. Providers have their own terms, limits, and data practices. Locally running models process prompts on your device.
AI outputs and actions can be wrong or unsuitable. Review them before relying on them, especially for high-impact decisions. Mia is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Your ability to use or own AI-generated output may depend on applicable law and the selected provider's terms. You must not represent unreviewed AI output as verified fact.
5. Connected services and Google
Connecting a service authorizes Mia to act within your permissions and instructions, including schedules you enable. You must have authority over the account and content and comply with the service's terms. Review recipients and actions before authorizing them.
Google features may read or change mail, events, and files according to the tools available in your version and the access you grant. Stop unwanted schedules, disconnect Google in Mia, or revoke access in your Google Account. Disconnecting does not undo completed actions.
Google provides its services independently. Mia's use of Google API data is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Mia to:
- violate law or another person's rights;
- access accounts, systems, or data without authorization;
- distribute malware, evade security controls, or conduct harmful exploitation;
- deceive, defraud, impersonate, harass, or threaten others;
- create or distribute unlawful, abusive, or privacy-invasive content;
- interfere with Mia, its users, or third-party services;
- bypass usage, access, safety, or technical restrictions; or
- use content you do not have the right to process.
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, services, or legal rights.
7. Software license
Mia's open-source code and bundled third-party components are governed by their accompanying licenses. These Terms do not reduce rights those licenses grant.
For any separately proprietary portions, Connect33 LLC grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for intended use. Except as law or an applicable license permits, you may not sell, sublicense, or reverse engineer those proprietary portions. No ownership is transferred.
8. Fees
Mia currently has no subscription charge. You are responsible for charges from AI providers and other services you choose.
Any future paid plan will disclose pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase. We will not charge you without authorization.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices and your choices and forms part of these Terms.
10. Availability, updates, and local data
Mia may require updates for security or compatibility. Authentication, cloud models, connected services, and updates may require internet access.
Keep backups of important work. Resets and deletion of local application data may permanently remove chats, files, bots, settings, or credentials.
11. Third-party services
Third-party services, including Clerk, Google, OpenRouter, and model providers, operate under their own terms. We do not control their availability or independent data practices.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Mia at any time and request account deletion at [email protected]. Revoke unwanted connections and remove local data separately; see our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or end access for material breach, security or legal risk, unpaid authorized charges, or inability to continue service. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. We may act immediately and without prior notice when needed to prevent harm, abuse, fraud, or legal or security risk.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms—will survive.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." CONNECT33 LLC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURATE OUTPUTS OR ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNECT33 LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.
TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM MIA WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID CONNECT33 LLC FOR MIA IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These exclusions apply only where lawful. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities.
15. Indemnity
If you use Mia for an organization, that organization will, where lawful, defend and indemnify Connect33 LLC against third-party claims and reasonable expenses arising from its unlawful use, content, material breach, or infringement of others' rights. Individuals remain responsible for their unlawful conduct; no indemnity applies where consumer law prohibits it.
16. Governing law and disputes
Texas law governs these Terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law permits another forum. Non-waivable legal protections remain in effect.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will post a revised effective date and give further notice when required. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
