Mia Multiplayer Privacy Policy

Mia Multiplayer ("Mia") is a desktop AI workspace operated by Connect33 LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1. Scope

This Policy covers Mia, its account and connection services, and miamultiplayer.com. Connected services and websites you visit through Mia have their own privacy policies.

2. Information Mia processes

Account information

We process your name, email address, account identifier, and session information to manage sign-in, invitations, and access. Clerk provides account authentication. If you join our waitlist or contact us, we process the information you submit.

Content and workspace information

Mia processes your chats, prompts, responses, files, bots, schedules, settings, and workspace records. Most desktop workspace data is stored on your device.

AI-provider connections

Your selected AI provider receives prompts and relevant context to answer requests and use tools. Mia's local runtime manages provider connections and credentials; credentials are not intentionally included in prompts.

Google account and Google Workspace data

Connecting Google is optional. Google asks you to approve permissions for account identity and the Workspace features available in your version of Mia. Depending on the permissions granted, these may include:

• Gmail messages, recipients, and labels to find and summarize mail, send messages, and—where available—create drafts, mark read/unread, archive, or apply labels;
• Calendar event details to read and create events, and contact details if contact access is granted;
• Drive file names, metadata, and accessible content to find or create files and folders; and
• Docs, Sheets, and Slides content to read, create, or edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

3. How Mia uses information

Mia uses information to:

• authenticate you and maintain your account and sessions;
• provide conversations, bots, automations, connected-app features, and generated work;
• retrieve relevant content and perform actions you request, including automations you authorize;
• route your request to the AI provider or local model you select;
• protect the service, enforce permissions, prevent unauthorized credential reuse, and diagnose failures;
• provide support; and
• comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Google Workspace API data for advertising. We do not use Google Workspace API data to create, train, or improve generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

4. How Google data is selected and used

Mia and its bots access connected data to carry out your requests. Scheduled automations can repeat that access according to the instructions and schedule you enable; a new message or pasted link is not required for every run.

Google permissions do not make every operation available. Available tools and your authorization limit what Mia can do. Review instructions and recipients carefully, and disable automations or disconnect access when no longer needed.

5. AI processing and transfers

Relevant connected content, including Google data, may be sent to your selected cloud AI provider. If you choose Mia Router, processing involves OpenRouter and the model provider serving your request. A locally running model processes its prompts on your device.

Cloud providers have their own retention policies and account settings. Google data may be transferred only for the requested user-facing feature and under terms that prohibit its use to train or improve generalized AI models.

6. When information is shared

We may disclose information only as follows:

• Authentication: Clerk processes account and authentication information.
• Connected services: Google processes authorization and Google API requests when you connect and use Google features.
• AI providers: The provider you choose processes prompts, relevant conversation context, and connected content needed to fulfill your request.
• Operational services: hosting, delivery, security, and support providers process the account, technical, or support information needed to operate Mia. Website visits and update requests may expose standard connection information, such as IP address and device details, to those providers.
• Legal and safety: We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, Mia Labs, or others.
• Business transfers: information may transfer in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale subject to law. Transfers of Google user data require explicit prior user consent and must comply with Google's Limited Use requirements.

7. Storage and security

Chats, files, and runtime history are primarily stored locally and may include connected Google content. Google authorization credentials are stored separately in the connection runtime's encrypted profile, not intentionally in chat prompts or Mia's application database.

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

8. Retention and deletion

Local chats, files, and runtime history generally remain until you delete them or remove Mia's application data. Uninstalling the app alone may leave that data behind.

Account, support, security, and operational records are kept as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention by independent providers is governed by their policies.

Disconnect Google in Mia to remove its local authorization. You can also revoke Mia's grant in your Google Account settings. Disconnecting does not erase previously saved chats or information already sent to providers.

For account or personal-data deletion, contact [email protected]. We may verify your identity and retain limited records required for legal or security purposes. Deleting a bot or account may not erase every local file or conversation; remove unwanted local data separately.

9. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent.

Users in Mexico may exercise Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO) rights. Withdrawal of consent does not undo prior lawful processing and may be subject to legal exceptions.

Send privacy requests to [email protected]. We may verify your identity and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. You may appeal a decision through the same address where the law provides that right. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

10. Google API Limited Use

Mia's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Google data is not sold or used for advertising, creditworthiness decisions, or generalized AI-model training. Our team may access it only with your affirmative agreement to specific data, for security or legal reasons, or in aggregated form for internal operations where permitted.

11. Age requirements

Mia is for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

12. International processing

Connect33 LLC is based in Texas; our team may work from Mexico. Service providers may process information in other countries with different privacy laws. We use legally required safeguards for international transfers.

13. Changes to this Policy

We will post updates and a revised effective date on our website. Material changes receive additional notice or consent where required by law.
